My husband and I have been shopping at Retzlaff Moden for a long time now and always love it. No matter when I come, I always find something I'm happy to take home with me 😍. What I really appreciate is that you can just browse, but the staff are always right there to help and advise you. The service and friendliness in both stores are incredibly kind and lovely. It's just such a relaxed and pleasant shopping experience. I always look forward to coming. And the fashion shows are really cool. Thank you so much for your wonderful advice and service. 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely recommended – excellent advice and outstanding service! Yesterday, my son and I visited Retzlaff Moden to find an outfit for a wedding – and once again, I'm absolutely thrilled! The service was simply outstanding from start to finish: always friendly, patient, and never annoyed, even with numerous questions or uncertainties. I was particularly impressed by how accurately and accurately the consultant assessed my son's style. She knew immediately what suited him, what accentuated his features, and what he would feel comfortable in. The result: The suit looks fantastic – elegant, modern, and perfectly tailored to him. I've been a customer of Retzlaff Moden for many years and have been consistently impressed. My husband also bought his wedding suit there – again with first-class advice and a great result. ... Warmest greetings to the Retzlaff team! I'm the crazy guy who came to you the day before my wedding to have my suit, which I'd bought elsewhere, checked one last time. Maria Hinkelmann and Anja Schmid served and advised me. In short, the service was sensational. Ms. Hinkelmann wouldn't have let me get married because of the flaws she found in the suit—thank goodness! She arranged for a tailor that same day and had the trousers and jacket perfectly altered. She also noticed a mistake on the waistcoat (wrong size), which I had exchanged that same day. We also found a better bow tie for my wedding suit. The team completely outfitted me (before my wedding). The entire service was extremely professional, incredible, and—free of charge. It's always so wonderful to see such amazing people in our world, without greed, simply warm and so human. I would like to thank the entire team once again. Unfortunately, I live in Schwabach; otherwise, you would have been my number one fashion boutique forever. I'll definitely be in the area again sometime and will visit you. I highly recommend the Retzlaff fashion store! The advice is competent, honest, and tailored to your needs – they really tell you if something isn't right, and that's exactly what I appreciate. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant; you immediately feel welcome. I'm usually the kind of customer who prefers to browse on my own first. But here, it's different: I express my wishes openly, knowing that I'll receive honest and experienced help. A fashion store with heart and a genuine culture of consultation – that's what shopping should be like!

I visited this place based on a recommendation, and I was far from disappointed. Under a tight timeline, I needed to purchase a suit for work before catching a flight the next day. The staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism, guiding me towards options that best suited my body shape. Despite the time constraint, they ensured the suit was ready the following day, after minor adjustments and ironing by the dressmaker. I can't express my gratitude enough and wholeheartedly recommend them.
